Trump told Fox News' Laura Ingraham he would have moved against Iran even if it hurt him in the midterms.
In another interview on Thursday with NewsNation, Trump dismissed reports of damaged U.S. assets after Iran alleged it had hit several U.S. fighter jets stationed at a base in Jordan. "No damage. No nothing," he replied when pressed on whether there was any truth to the claims.

He also stated that a "30th-largest Turkish bank" was sanctioned for providing funds to the Iranians, though he did not name it. Last week, the U.S. imposed sanctions on Turkey-based Golden Global Yatirim Bankasi Anonim Sirketi, known as Golden Global Bank, along with its subsidiaries.
