The listing plan, in plain English
LIAN is kicking the tires on an initial public offering and has brought in STJ Advisors to help enlist banks for the job. The team is targeting a possible market debut next year and is weighing venues on both sides of the Atlantic. According to managing partner Fiorenzo Manganiello, the plan is still fluid, including how much capital the company would ultimately raise.
What LIAN builds and who's behind it
The company develops infrastructure for artificial intelligence and computing. Manganiello founded LIAN with fellow entrepreneur Nessim-Sariel Gaon less than a decade ago with the aim of building intelligence infrastructure in Europe. Among LIAN's projects are PolarDC, a Norway-based data center platform where HIG Capital, a private capital manager, bought a majority stake in 2024, and Anan, a data center platform launched in Israel.

Why this could matter for investors
If LIAN lists in Europe and pulls it off, it would mark a win for regional markets that have largely missed the current wave of AI-related debuts. Recent signals of demand: Csquare Inc., a data center operator, pulled in $1.21 billion via a New York IPO in July, and Blackstone Inc. secured $2 billion in May to fund a data center acquisition vehicle. For regular investors, the takeaway is that the picks-and-shovels side of AI is drawing real money. Should LIAN proceed, it would be another read on investor appetite for the infrastructure powering the AI buildout.
