Lux Capital is negotiating to help anchor a new Onodrim raise of roughly €200 million, according to people with knowledge of the matter. Several other investors are also trying to secure a meaningful allocation, and Onodrim has not finalized who will lead, the people said. The discussions are still fluid and terms could shift.
The individuals requested anonymity because the talks are private. Spokespeople for Onodrim and for Lux Capital said they had no comment.

Onodrim is headquartered in Amsterdam and co-founded by CEO Aistis Simaitis, one of Palantir's early European hires in 2013, and CTO Alexander Blessing, a former Palantir engineer. Their third co-founder is Christian Garrett of 137 Ventures. People familiar with the company's plans said it wants to expand the supply base that serves dual use businesses across civilian and defense applications.
If completed, the round would value Onodrim at about €1 billion before new money, arriving after a €40 million seed in February. The company is riding a surge in European defense budgets following Russia's full scale invasion of Ukraine in 2022. In July, fundraising rounds boosted the valuations of Germany-based drone companies Helsing and Quantum Systems, while others such as Portugal's Tekever and London's Uforce are likewise in the market for funding. For regular investors, the takeaway is simple: when governments open their wallets, startups that supply the ecosystem can scale fast, and capital tends to follow momentum.
