What the family is considering
People familiar with the situation say the Chhabrias have brought in an adviser to map out alternatives, and the discussions are not public. Other routes and where talks stand
They are also evaluating trimming the position via block trades. It is early days, and there is no certainty anything gets signed. Representatives for both the family and Allied Blenders and Distillers declined to comment.
